Below you will find the official registration fees for the 61st Annual Meeting of the International Society of Electrochemistry. With the opening of registration there will be further information posted on this website concerning the tutorials and excursions.
Please be aware that taking photos during the lectures is not permitted. Accompanying persons do not have to register but are not allowed to attend the lectures.
*PhD students applying for the reduced student fee should ask their supervisor to send in parallel with the on-line registration a short letter by e-mail confirming their student status (events@ise-online.org)
NOTE: It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain the necessary passport and visa for entry to France.
The Full and Student Registration Fees include:
- Admission to both oral lectures and poster sessions
- Printed program
- CD-ROM with program and abstracts
- Admission to Sunday Reception
- Admission to Monday Reception
- Refreshments during breaks
- Lunch on Monday and Tuesday
- Lunch on Thursday for ISE members participating at a Divisional Meeting

Banktransfer payments
Banktransfer payments following exactly the instructions can be accepted. But if you do not follow these instruction and receive a banktransfer notification without the participant ID mention we will not able to assign the payment to a person.
No bank charges should be charged to ISE. Banktransfer payment also have to be made at the latest by August 30, 2010. Any payment made later we may not be able to validate.

Registration Cancellation Policy Delegates with paid registrations who do not participate or who cancel 30 days before the conference start will forfeit the full refund of their registration fees. In the event of cancellation by the delegate to participate in the ISE Annual Meeting, the registration fee will be refunded according to the figures below. However, all processing cost will be covered by the registrant. Refunds are not given for no-shows.
Registration fee Until 30 days before Early Registration deadline: Full refund
Until Early Registration deadline: 50% refund
After Early Registration deadline: 30% refund
Later than 30 days before the conference start: No refund
(All refunds are minus bank and handling fees of at least Euro 25)
Liability
Please note that ISE is not liable for travel, health, accidents or injury to delegates while attending and travelling to or from the meeting. Delegates are advised to carry adequate personal travel and health insurance.
Governing law and jurisdiction These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. You hereby submit to and agree that the sole jurisdiction and venue for any actions that may arise under or in relation to the subject matter hereof shall be the courts located in Switzerland.
